Construction and expansion of two buildings with 3.095m² and 471m² of landscaping, integrating the two existing buildings, the main building of the farm and the mill of the old farm. The first was completely rehabilitated, maintaining the exterior walls. The second, which houses the old mill, is surrounded by new construction in exposed reinforced concrete, equipped with modern infrastructure.
