Located in one of the most attractive neighbourhoods in Lisbon, next to the Basilica and Jardim da Estrela, this building on Calçada da Estrela is being carefully rehabilitated by TANAGRA. Keeping part of the original structure, TANAGRA combines a series of construction techniques that simultaneously preserve the building's history with modern structural solidity and quality requirements.

The real estate project, designed by Studio Toggle, consists of four floors above ground: the ground floor will be a commercial space, and the remaining three floors with apartments will have a patio, terrace and outdoor pool.
