At Andaluz 11, TANAGRA transformed a historic 19th-century building in central Lisbon into a new residential development, preserving the elements that define its architectural identity.

Designed by Martins Patrício Arquitectos and developed by Servsad, the project comprises five apartments, with generous spaces and high-quality finishes.

Inside, the intervention combines timeless materials, such as limestone and solid wood flooring, with contemporary solutions and equipment. Large windows, high ceilings and generous openings strengthen the connection between the interiors and their surroundings.

The project also preserved the tiled façades featuring the building’s distinctive lion pattern, retaining a defining element of its history. The intervention also included the ground-floor apartment’s outdoor space, with a private garden and swimming pool.

A project that brings together the existing architecture and a new way of living in the centre of Lisbon.
