This project consists of rehabilitating, renovating and expanding an old palace from the beginning of the 20th century. It was adapted for housing and connected to a new building at the back.

It includes T2, T3 and T4 apartments, with areas between 170m² and 342m², with private spaces such as terraces, balconies and gardens, garage parking and storage rooms. The top apartment includes a terrace with a private pool. On the ground floor, residents can find equipment such as a spa with an indoor pool, Turkish bath and sauna and a large equipped gym.
