The Maison Eduardo Coelho project, located in the vibrant Príncipe Real neighborhood, involved the rehabilitation of an early 19th-century building. This project aimed to reveal the property's original beauty while enhancing the urban fabric of the area. Promoted by Mexto, this residential development was expertly constructed by TANAGRA and brought to life through the design by João Tiago Aguiar Arquitectos.

The residential building skillfully combines historic charm with modern construction techniques, offering seven spacious apartments that are all designed to meet high standards of comfort and finished with premium materials. Notable features include a tiled façade adorned with traditional Portuguese azulejos, a restored entrance, an elegant interior staircase, wooden flooring, and kitchens and bathrooms finished in marble. Additionally, TANAGRA built a generous private terrace garden at the rear of the property.
