In one of Lisbon's closest areas to Monsanto Forest Park and overlooking the Tagus River, TANAGRA built a set of ten single-family houses in partnership with PLACER. Located in Alto do Restelo, this project, promoted by The Edge Group and designed by the Palmer Grego Arquitectos studio, respects the neighbourhood's morphology and typical elevation while adapting it to a modern and contemporary architectural language.

The two-storey houses share the same T3 typology with areas from 210m², each featuring different configurations and patios up to 127m². In this project, special attention was also paid to the interiors. The natural light and the quality of the materials make these villas a comfortable and relaxing environment, combining functionality, design and attention to detail.
