Houses in Alto do Restelo

In one of the areas of Lisbon closest to Parque Florestal do Monsanto and overlooking the Tagus River, TANAGRA is building, in partnership with PLACER, a set of ten single-family houses. Located in Alto do Restelo, this project, promoted by The Edge Group and Elementec, and designed by the Palmer Grego Arquitectos studio, respects the morphology and typical construction of the neighbourhood, adapting it to a modern and contemporary architectural language.

The two-storey houses share the same T3 typology with areas starting at 210m², each with different configurations and patios up to 127m². The project team also paid particular attention to the interiors. The natural light and the quality of the materials make these villas a comfortable and relaxing environment, combining functionality, design and attention to detail.
