Muda Reserve is an innovative residential project in the Comporta area, which combines the best of rural Alentejo life with proximity to the sea. In this unique location, TANAGRA, together with PLACER, is building one of the 'Villas in the Village', a house with 500 m² and about 100 m² of waterproofed outdoor areas.
Designed by Pereira Miguel Arquitectos, the project stands out for adapting the built area to the surrounding nature, something especially noticeable in the roof covered with native vegetation. With an exposed concrete structure and wooden shutters, the house takes advantage of the original slope of the property, extending in an elevated position above the pool and respective social area.
