Tanagra Renovates Historic Building at Janelas Verdes

This historic building, located in one of the most historic areas of Lisbon, is one of the latest projects by TANAGRA. The urban rehabilitation project aims to preserve the architectural character of the property while adapting it for a new residential use.

With a footprint of 420 m² and a gross construction area of 1,563 m², the building comprises five floors which, after the renovation, will be transformed into five apartments: three T3 duplex units and two T3 apartments.

The ground floor will be expanded to accommodate a garage, while the courtyard will be converted into a private garden associated with one of the T3 duplex apartments. At the top of the building, the tower with river views will be incorporated into another T3 duplex, providing a unique residential experience.

Located opposite the Museu Nacional de Arte Antiga, on one of Lisbon’s oldest streets, this project by architect João Tiago Aguiar, promoted by Pinheiro Capital and overseen by Go Client, reinforces the building’s heritage value and contributes to the urban enhancement of one of the city’s most emblematic areas.
