This project involved rehabilitating a residential building with one or two bedrooms typologies, offices and shops, with 830 m² of private gross area. Regarding structure, several solutions were introduced to reinforce the existing slabs, with the placement of pillars and metal beams. Placement of micro piles for laying the new metal structure. Execution of civil works and specialities.
